Duties & taxes
For the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore and the UAE we prepay duties at checkout (DDP) so nothing is owed on delivery. Everywhere else the parcel ships DAP and local charges are payable to the courier.
Returns & exchanges
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email [email protected] for a label. Refunds land within 5 business days of receipt. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer's cost; faults and damage are ours.
Breakage guarantee
Terracotta, glass and brass ship double-boxed with jute void fill. If anything arrives broken, send a photo within 48 hours and we remake or refund immediately — no return required.
